Faults & warranty
Your UK legal rights, and how we tell wear from a real defect.
Your statutory rights
Every AZZA product must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we will repair or replace it, and if that fails you can claim a refund or price reduction. These rights can last up to six years. We do not offer a separate commercial warranty on top of them.
Normal wear in fencing shoes
Fencing is hard on shoes. Abrasion and thinning on the toe and the inner forefoot of the back foot - from lunging and recovery - is expected wear, not a fault.
What we treat as a defect
Sole separation under low stress, stitching that fails on its own, or cracking, crumbling or structural failure away from the normal wear zones after limited use.
How to report a fault
Email support@azzasports.co.uk with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the problem. We reply, agree the next step with you and cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faults. See also our Refund & return policy.
